Life Transitions

You Were Supposed to Adjust by Now
Right now, women all over are stepping through doors they chose and finding the room on the other side unfamiliar.
A new career, a marriage, a health concern.
You became a mother and don’t quite recognize yourself anymore.
You’re still in the doorframe while everybody else keeps moving, and the voice inside says, “Why is this affecting me so much?”
You’re Grateful and You’re Grieving
You know you made the right decision.
It still costs you something.
Both are true in here.
Who Are You Outside the Role You’ve Carried?
Transitions put pressure on roles you’ve held for years.
Who am I outside of motherhood?
Outside of this career? Outside of being someone’s wife?
Moving forward means deciding what you’re taking through the door with you, and what you’re finally ready to leave in the old room.
Name What You Actually Want
You want to feel grounded again.
You want to stop second-guessing every decision and understand why this season is hitting you so hard.
Underneath both of those sits permission to grieve what you’re leaving behind, and permission not to know yet.

We’ll Stay Connected to the Life You’re Actually Living
I won’t rush you into a next chapter before we’ve understood the one you’re standing in.
CBT helps us catch the anxious assumptions making this season harder than it already is.
DBT gives you tools for holding uncertainty and for saying the hard thing to your mother, your spouse, your boss.
Psychodynamic and trauma-informed work goes after the older roles and survival strategies shaping how you’re responding now.
Clear Your Old Pathways and Build New Ones
Most of our time goes to what’s in front of you this week.
The conversation with your spouse, the job decision, the boundary with your mother, the Sunday evening when everything feels heavy.
Some of that work clears pathways you already have, and some of it forms new ones.
You’ll take what we do in here and use it out there, then bring it back and tell me how it went.
Your Spiritual Questions Belong in Here Too
Why now? Did I make the wrong decision? Where is God in this season?
Bring those questions in with everything else, and I’ll work with biblical principles the way you hold them, or leave them out.
You don’t have to pretend you’re at peace with something just because you’re praying about it.

Don’t Rush Into the Next Version of Yourself
Growth here means recognizing what’s still true about you, what needs healing, what you’ve outgrown, and what deserves to come through the door with you.
That’s where the Jubilee Gold process fits.
You’ll release what this season showed you you’re ready to put down, refine the beliefs and boundaries that need attention, and rise into the next room trusting yourself more than you did in the last one.
Bring Me the Unsorted Version
We start with a free 15-minute consultation: (917) 226-7713.
Bring the messy version.
The half-formed thought. The thing that contradicts the other thing. The sentence you’ve never finished out loud.
Sorting it out is the work, and we do that part together.

Become More of Who You Were Created to Be
You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin. We'll work toward the greater, healthier, more grounded version of you, together.
This space is for you.
